Dermatological surgery and small tumors

Scars are lesions that are generated after the injury of the epithelial tissue and that, although with time, attenuate and improve, they never completely disappear. We can treat them, for their improvement, by surgery, infiltration with corticosteroids, laser platform ... or in combination of several of these techniques.

The dermatological reconstructive surgery for burns performed by the plastic surgery clinic of Dr. Pedro Terán and Dr. Francesca Zavalloni in Burgos, consists in the dermatological reconstruction of burns and skin abrasions.

Different skin lesions that can be removed on an outpatient basis and under local anesthesia. When the lesions are large it may be necessary to make a reconstruction with local flaps or grafts. The excised tissue will include the entire lesion and will be sent for anatomopathological study that will provide us with the definitive diagnosis. Lesions ranging from epidermal cysts, lipomas, benign skin tumors such as nevus, seborrheic keratosis... and malignant skin tumors such as basal cell and spinocellular epitheliomas and melanomas.

The lobuloplasty is a simple procedure that is performed on an outpatient basis and under local anesthesia allowing us to repair the torn lobe partially or completely and return to show off ears clean of large perforations and of course return to wear earrings comfortably and without fear of losing them in a few weeks.
